Normally the signs of teething are hot and flushed cheeks, nappy rash, pulling at their ears and excessive dribbling. There’s no set time as to when a tooth will appear after they start teething though.
well my son has 4 teeth he drools alot and his cheeks get really red and he shouts alot like he is in pain he doesn’t cry though and he doesn’t have much of a restless sleep like some babies it took about a month in my case for his first two teeth to come in from the first signs of teething

Crankyness.
Excessive drooling.
